Larry Rebillot brings 40 years of experience to the Bluecoat Board of Directors as a designer, teacher & performer in the arts. Presently Self-employed as a freelance color guard choreographer & visual consultant for many pageantry organizations around the world including the five-time World Association of Marching Showbands World Champion Calgary Stampede Showband(Canada) including the 2014 Championships in Brazil this August. Larry has been honored to instruct several college band programs including the University of Cincinnati Bearcat Band, the University of Nebraska Cornhusker Band and the Western Carolina University Pride of the Mountains Band, both of which were presented with the Sudler Trophy, honoring America’s finest College marching band during his time with the bands, as well as hundreds of High School, College and Independent pageantry groups throughout the US, Canada and Australia during his career. A graduate of Morehead State University in Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications as well as Graduate Studies in Education, Larry is a former Drama and Dance teacher in the Boone County Schools in KY, former company member of the Canton Ballet and Regional Theater performer as well as having spent 27 years on the Faculty and Color Guard Coordinator at the Music for All/Bands of America Summer Symposium, America’s premier band camp. Larry is still active as an adjudicator, freelance choreographer and is presently a board member of the TriState Marching Arts circuit and was honored as an inaugural member of the circuit’s Hall of Fame in 2006. He is a member of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia national Music Fraternity, National Dance Education Organization, Tri State Judges Association and Bluecoat Alumni & Bridgemen Alumni Associations.

Larry is a proud Alumnus of the Bluecoats, having marched from 1975-1981, in the horn line as well as being Drum Major. He also spent several years as a Color Guard Staff member, volunteer and now is honored to be a three-year member of the Board of Directors.
