EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
Each year about 170 students experience a life-changing summer with the Bluecoats Drum & Bugle Corps, but more than one thousand students come through learning programs at Bluecoats. These programs include in-person learning at The Blue Way Arts Camps, online learning via Bluecoats School of the Arts, ensemble experiences in programs like BANDtastic!, and performing in the EN-RICH-MENT Drumline, a program of Stark County EN-RICH-MENT.

Bluecoats School of the Arts is an online school built by Bluecoats. It features on-demand courses, live virtual events, and one-on-one private lessons available to any student with an internet connection!

Fellowship
The Bluecoats Fellowship is a mentorship program for early-career designers who are a part of, or are committed to supporting, traditionally under-represented communities in marching arts design.
THE BLUE WAY Summer arts camps
The Blue Way Summer Arts Camps bring students into the Bluecoats Experience for a day or a weekend where they can learn the Bluecoats way! The Blue Way Summer Arts Camp is held each year in June.
Play It Forward
Play It Forward provides students in the NE Ohio area free and reduced price tickets to amazing performing arts events like Tour of Champions: Akron and Innovations In Brass. We want to bring the drum corps experience to more students in our community!
LEARNING ACCESS
We’re providing music and dance education 100% free to students of Canton City Schools and ENRICHment of Stark County via access to the School of the Arts platform including on-demand coursework and LIVE! learning events. Student gain access through their teacher.
EN-RICH-MENT
DRUMLINE
The ENRICHment Drumline is operated by ENRICHment of Stark County, a local agency that provides free music & art education to under-resourced youth. This partnership brings resources to the drumline including equipment and instruction.
GROUP TICKET PROGRAM
Each year hundreds of students enjoy a thrilling evening watching performing arts events and competitions operated by Bluecoats. Groups attending these events have access to reduced-price group rates through their band director.
BANDtastic! Honor bAND
The BANDtastic! Honor Band is presented by Drum Corps International and hosted by Bluecoats at Innovations in Brass. This one-day middle school honor band is an exciting way for young musicians to get involved with Bluecoats programming.
