REGISTRATION
This event is by invitation only and is musicians, colorguard performers, and final callbacks.
PAPERWORK, FEES, ETC.
All contract paperwork, including required releases and forms MUST be completed before attending the May Rehearsal Camp.
If you are attending this camp on “callback” status and are offered a contract at camp, you will have the option to make your downpayment in person, otherwise, you will receive an invoice online in the days following camp. All contracts offered at camp will be sent out in the days following camp.
TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATIONS
Housing is provided at the school on both Friday and Saturday nights. All meals are provided on site starting with Snack on Friday. Bring sleeping and shower stuff. Brass players, if you have a corps horn at home, please bring it with you to use at camp!
If you are flying and would like to request ground transportation you must submit your flight information no later than 72 hours before the start of your camp. You will receive an email with pick up details on the Thursday before the camp. *If you will be flying with a Bluecoats tuba that you have at home, please email bluecoats@bluecoats.com to let us know to make space!
Please plan to book flights according to the following parameters:
Fly to either Akron - Canton (CAK) OR Cleveland Hopkins International (CLE)
Land before 7:00 PM ET on Friday
Depart after 5:00 PM ET on Sunday.
