Bluecoats provides over 90,000 meals each summer for participants in our performing arts programs. Recognizing the physically intensive nature of our activities, we meticulously plan meals that ensure performers, participants, staff, and volunteers receive the energy they need. Our thoughtfully crafted menus support peak performance, enabling everyone to rehearse, teach, and participate at their best. With a commitment to nutrition, Bluecoats Foodservice plays a vital role in enhancing the overall experience for all involved.

Bluecoats provides ground transportation shuttle service from local airports for performers, staff, and auditionees from the audition process through the conclusion of the Summer Tour. Ground transportation for each event throughout the year varies, though our standards are steadfast. We're dedicated to the safety of all those travelling with the Bluecoats, so all Bluecoats-facilitated drivers are required to clear a rigorous Motor Vehicle Record check in addition to a background check.
