Valentine joins Artistry IN BLUE Design Team

Artistry IN BLUE is proud to announce our newest addition to the 2015 design team, Byron Valentine. Byron has worked on the design and choreography teams for programs throughout Ohio including Bellbrook HS (2013 SA Gold Medalist), Miamisburg HS (2014 SW Finalist), the Bluecoats Drum and Bugle Corps (2005-2007), Lexis Winter Guard (KY) (2012 IA Bronze Medalist, 2014 IO Bronze Medalist), and multiple other groups both locally and nationally.

Byron is also the Executive Director of Zydeco Colorguard, a perennial WGI World Championships finalist; two-time medalist, and the 2011 “Fans Favorite” recipient. In addition to design and choreography, Byron is an accomplished equipment and movement judge for Colorguard and Marching Band circuits in Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio.

In addition to Byron, Matthew Stevens and Andrew Hensel will return for their 5th season on the creative team. Artistry IN BLUE will compete in the Independent A class and is a program of the Bluecoats.
