Meals

Bluecoats provides meals to students during Winter & Spring Camps - we recommend eating a meal before you arrive.

Provided meals will begin with snack on Friday night, through lunch on Sunday.

Ground Transportation

Ground transportation to/from Akron-Canton airport (CAK) and Cleveland Hopkins International (CLE) is provided for Ohio Camps. For the March Brass Camp, ground transportation is provided to/from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). We cannot provide ground transportation to/from Dallas Love Field (DAL).

To request ground transportation, please complete the form at bluco.at/s_flights.

For arrivals, please plan to land no later that 6:00p to ensure transportation to camp before camp begins. For departures, please plan to depart no earlier than 5:00p. If you book outside these time frames, we may still be able to provide ground transportation, but you may be asked to arrive after camp has begun, or depart before camp has concluded.

Flight information and shuttle requests are due no later than Wednesday before camp at 12:00p Eastern Time. If you submit your flight information after this deadline, we will make every effort to get you on a shuttle, but cannot guarantee ground transportation.

All shuttle information will be populated and available at shuttles.bluecoats.com no later than Thursday evening before camp.

Overnight Housing

Overnight housing is provided on Friday night and Saturday night. Like during a drum corps tour, students should bring sleeping gear (air mattress/sleeping pad, sleeping bag, pillow) for sleeping on a gym floor.
