About the Event
Join us for this one-day Audition Experience Event where you’ll learn from the world-renowned educational team at Bluecoats, experience what it’s like to be immersed in a Bluecoats rehearsal, participate in an individual audition with a Bluecoats instructor, and begin your journey toward becoming a Bluecoat!
This year, all Audition Experience Camps are one-day events with no provided overnight accommodations. Below, we have listed some recommended hotel accommodations near our event in case you need housing. We will be providing airport accommodations in the morning and evening, and we will work with students to ensure evening departure shuttles are scheduled so that most flights can be accommodated. More information on flight schedules will be posted shortly.
IMPORTANT: If you can, please bring your own Marching Percussion Instrument.
Lunch, Dinner are provided, please eat before you arrive.
Airports & Ground Transportation
Please book all flights in and out of Canton / Akron Airport (CAK). Ground Transportation will be provided from the airport first thing in the morning on the day of the event starting at 7:30 am with the last shuttle departing at 10:00 am. These pick ups at the airport are for those flights that arrive in the morning, plus those using hotel rooms on Friday night. Departures will begin around 6:30pm at the end of the day. Please try to book departing flights for after 8:15pm local time.
If you cannot arrive early in the morning on the day of the event, we recommend that you either stay at an airport hotel and we can pick you up at the airport arrivals area in the morning, or provide your own accommodations to one of the hotels near the event site and take an Uber or Lyft to the event in the morning.
You only need to fill out the form if you are requesting ground transportation from the Bluecoats.
