Volunteer
We couldn’t have toured for over 50 years without volunteers supporting us along the way! Giving your time is an excellent way to help us care for the hundreds of performers and staff who participate in Bluecoats programming each season. Whether you like to drive, sew, or prepare food, there is a role you can fill in helping us get on the road this season!

Sideline Learning includes a series of training modules that teach best practices for maintaining a safe and healthy learning and working environment at the corps. Completion of this program is mandated for all corps by Drum Corps International to ensure all staff and performers understand appropriate conduct. We ask that volunteers who will be staying with us overnight complete some version of this training so they are educated and on the same page as everyone else in the corps regarding appropriate conduct. The amount of training you must complete depends on the duration of your stay with us. A tour operations staff member will give you more information and guide you through the process after signing up.
