The Bluecoats Board of Directors will meet on June 20th at 3:30pm in Alliance, OH. The agenda for this meeting includes amendments and restatements of the Bylaws and other significant items. This shall serve as due notice, as required by the Bylaws, for such matters.

The agenda includes:

• Approval of the En-Rich-Ment Affiliation, including amendments to the Bluecoats Bylaws

• Requisite amendments and restatements of the Bylaws revising the Membership clause to include only the Board of Directors

Portions of this meeting may be held in executive session.
