Registration starts at 1:30 pm on Wednesday May 15.

Please submit your flight information no later than ONE WEEK prior to your arrival.

You can ONLY FLY TO (IND) Airport in Indianapolis, IN on WEDNESDAY MAY, 15 you should plan to arrive anytime before 3:30 pslm.

IF you are arriving on ANY OTHER DAY, fly into Fort Wayne, IN (FWA)

IF you have a departing flight, and/or another arriving flight, that information will be entered on a different form later.

You will receive pick-up information within one day the event.
