To help ensure Innovations in Brass runs as smoothly and professionally as possible, Bluecoats is seeking volunteers to take an active role in providing services to the fans, corps, and judges. 

Volunteers are needed for a variety of roles throughout the day on August 4, 2025. We are looking for volunteers who are available all day (8 am - 11:30 pm), during pre-show set up (8 am - 3:00 pm), or during the show (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm).

Each volunteer will receive an event t-shirt and free entry to Innovations in Brass. Please note that some volunteer positions may result in not being able to hear/see the show. Furthermore, volunteering will give you access to the stadium, but you will not have a reserved seat.
