Bluecoats Begins Search For Program Operations Leadership
The Bluecoats team is growing! Today Bluecoats has launched a search for two senior program operations roles. The Director, Program Operations & Manager, Program Operations are new roles at the organization that will work alongside the Executive Team and the Corps Manager to plan, manage, and execute the organization’s programming in a way that upholds standards of safety, participant experience, and operational excellence.
Both positions are located out of the Bluecoats headquarters in Canton, OH, but have extensive work-from-home and partial-commuting options that will allow for the employee to live in the NE Ohio Metroplex, including Cleveland, Akron, and Canton. These roles will require weekly in-person engagements and events in Canton and flexible work-from-home options otherwise.
These highly-fulfilling, student-centered jobs bring the Bluecoats mission together with intense problem-solving skills, industrious entrepreneurialism, and fulfilling domestic and even international travel. Successful candidates will have previous program operations experience, and a passion for drum corps and music education.
