Announcing A Search For EN-RICH-MENT’s Next Executive Director
EN-RICH-MENT, an affiliate organization of Bluecoats, has begun a search for its next Executive Director as Founder & Executive Director Betty Smith moves into community advocate role for the organization.

Bluecoats and EN-RICH-MENT are accepting applications for the next leader of the youth education non-profit. The organization, founded in 2012 by Betty Smith, provides free after-school, weekend, and summer camp programming in music, arts, and life-skills. EN-RICH-MENT became an affiliate of Bluecoats in 2023. In 2024, the two organizations opened the brand new EN-RICH-MENT Arts Education Center in downtown Canton following a $2.2mm campaign. This new headquarters houses all of EN-RICH-MENT’s programming right on the downtown campus of Canton’s Cultural Center for the Arts.

EN-RICH-MENT is a nonprofit arts education organization dedicated to enriching lives through accessible, high-quality arts programming for children, youth, families, and individuals of all abilities. As the organization continues to grow, it is seeking a collaborative, mission-driven leader to guide its next chapter of service and impact.
This leader will have the opportunity to work closely with the organization’s founder, and with the leadership of Bluecoats who annually appoints representatives to EN-RICH-MENT’s board of directors.
