Meals
Bluecoats provides meals to students during the December Musician Callback Camp - we recommend eating a meal before you arrive.
Ground Transportation
Ground transportation to/from Akron-Canton airport (CAK) and Cleveland Hopkins International (CLE) is provided.
Arrival: Shuttle service for arrivals will begin in the afternoon on Friday, December 18th. In order to get you to camp before rehearsal begins at 8:00 PM, plan to arrive no later that 6:00 PM.
If arriving after 6:00 PM, we will provide shuttle service, but you may arrive to campus after rehearsal begins
Departure: Shuttle service for departures will begin at 3:00 PM on Sunday, December 20st. Please book travel after 5:00 PM.
If an earlier departure is booked, Bluecoats may be able to provide ground transportation, but understand you may be asked to leave before rehearsal has concluded.
If you'd like to request a shuttle, please submit your flight information for your arrival and departure using the form at bluco.at/s_flights.
Flight information is always due the Wednesday before camp at 12:00 PM Eastern Time. This allows us ample time to schedule shuttles and drivers.
If your flight information is submitted after this deadline, we may be able to provide a shuttle, but we can't guarantee you will be on the most convenient shuttle, and you may have to wait quite a bit.
Shuttle information, including pick-up time, location, and driver, will be available at shuttles.bluecoats.com the day before you trave
Overnight Housing
Overnight housing is provided on Friday night and Saturday night. Like during a drum corps tour, students should bring sleeping gear (air mattress/sleeping pad, sleeping bag, pillow) for sleeping on a gym floor.
